You must reside within 15km of one of our participating stores.

Simply select your product(s) and size(s) for purchase.

From the 'find in store' button you will be able to see stock availability at store locations and select 'Fast Uber Delivery.'

Proceed to checkout and Uber Fast Delivery will be selected as shipping method.

We use PIN verification to finalise all Uber orders. Your unique PIN will be sent via SMS to the mobile number used to place the order.

Due to this you must have this to hand to show the Uber delivery driver, so they can complete your order.

Do not share your PIN with others. Only you can provide the PIN to receive your order.

You must be home for delivery, as we do not offer authority to leave on Uber deliveries.

If you are not home for delivery your order will be returned to the store that dispatched the delivery. Please note you will not be refunded for delivery, as it is part of our terms of service that you must be home to accept.

In this instance our customer care team will get in touch to organise next steps.

You will receive live updates and will be able to track your packages location in real-time while it makes its way to you.

Uber Fast Delivery is eligible on all full-priced and sale purchases. This excludes limited release products.

Some products may also not be available for Uber Fast Delivery at your preferred store.

In this case we recommend either selecting an alternate store where all item(s) are in stock. Or proceeding with standard shipping. We offer free express for all domestic orders within Australia over $250.
